Can people blocking me on Twitter see my tweets to them?

So there are these 2 girls who blocked me on Twitter. I feel really bad about it bc I like making people happy. The first girl was a girl that I asked to follow me back and complimented her header of Harry Styles. The other girl was a girl who followed me TODAY and I didnt follow back (cuz she didnt ask for a follow).
I don't know why they blocked me so I tweeted them asking why (bc im just weird like that) and it told me that my tweets sent. Will they actually see my tweets to them? Idk why I'm worrying myself about it but I just feel bad that people actually blocked me. I tweet normal stuff like any other person. Also, Im not a spammer and i tweet normal, not too much not too little.
Maybe I'm just too sensitive.
