Why are people so eager to post pictures all the time on facebook?

For example you go somewhere, regardless of how important the event is you post a picture.

Teenagers are obsessed with posting pictures and writing statues constantly.

For some use facebook mostly for connection and staying in touch with friends.

Because it doesn't cost anything and they get interactive comments that make them feel good. I don't know where this originated but the majority of Facebook users are just looking for a pat on the back..similar to when your parents post your drawings on the fridge.

People are interested to post pictures on facebook because, at this moment facebook is the most visible and reached anywhere and for available on mobile.

Now it is like an obsession. To post everything we do, or where we are at. I think we all do it, some just more then others. I used to not write, or put pics up. But having an iphone, it makes it almost addicting to post all the time! Also, when you see people doing this, you become more incline to start! Some also, prob have their instagram and twitter, attached to their FB. So when they post on those, it goes directly to their FB.
