Why do I appear online on facebook even when I've disabled chat?
Everytime I may log in to Facebook via computer/mobile, I appear online even when I have disabled chat. Why could that be?

Check your settings again. From your facebook (computer) in the chat window or box, click the gear and select Advanced Setting then Turn Off chat.

That should do the trick because I'm doing it also in my account. I appear offline every time I login to Facebook. Just don't click the chat box because it will turn on your chat again.
