Did something stupid in facebook. Need help.?
I did something really stupid. I confessed something about a friend in a facebook confession page in an emotional moment a few weeks ago. Its not published yet. If its published she will know the moment she read it that I send the confession. I don’t want it to get published now. I even deactivated my account in facebook . It was a few weeks ago, and many new confessions are published .Maybe the admin didn't liked and published it ( Thank God). But I still live in the constant fear that it gets published. Is there still the chance of its getting published ? What should I do? Please help. I don't want it to get published.
thank you guys for your replies. and really feeling very guilty and sorry. can anyone suggest how to contact the admin without revealing my identity?

It will not get published if you deactivated your account. When you deactivate it, your whole profile goes off scene

You're still worried about it. There is very less probability of it being posted. But still, there is a chance to be posted...so i'd suggest you to contact the admins of that page before situation goes out of control.

Dude, why be ashamed of it? Maybe your friend will like your honesty and it will get you somewhere? I don't think you can take it down either. You might just have to live with it buddy.

Once you send it, you are giving them tacit permission to publish it, so the fact that your account has been deactivated will not affect his or her ability to post it since it's already landed in his or her inbox. Your name will not be attached, but the submission remains.

I'm sure the admin saves them to post at a later time when submissions are slow.

Next time, think before you hit Send, no matter how emotional the moment.

Let me tell you facts unlike the others....
1) Its a confession page. No one, Even the admin cannot see WHO is typing it. He cannot stop anything from getting published.

2) Whether you deactivate the acccount or not, it will get published once you have sent it.

3) It generally takes about 5 hours for a confession to come up. If it takes more than 2 days it will not come up ( T&C of Google confession table, used in fb). AND you cannot contact the admin on fb without revealing your identity. Find out and then call him.

So hardly there is a 10% chance that it will get published. Dont worry anyway.
