Why do people use facebook for bullying?

Why is it that the majority of rude comments and other types of cyber bullying derive from websites like Facebook, Twitter, YA, etc?

Facebook is an online source to talk to people. They automatically get the message and see it when they log on.
They use Facebook to not come face to face with that person.
There are not that many website where you can talk to someone.
Like with email it takes a while.but Facebook comes right then.

People can do almost anything as long as they don't have a face to it. They also think that they are not hurting anyone since it is via internet. And a lot of bullies have been bullied before.
