Should I make a Facebook account behind my parents' back?
I am 14 and I already made a private email that NOBODY apart from my friends know. I had one before but my parents made me delete it because I wrote comments that they thought was offensive like, there was a video of a band and I heard this person talking (who I know) and I wrote "(name)! You just had to ruin it!!!" as a joke and I wrote something that doesn't make sense saying "who thinks fat people need to eat more to get fat?" Tongue okay that was a bit stupid but that wasn't even against the law. But should I make one behind their back like how I made my new email account?

NO, i definitely learned from doing that, i am just speaking from past experience... so no, you shouldn't. just talk to them about it and if they say no, then wait til you're a little older because my parents are just trying to protect me from getting myself into trouble when they found out about my FB so no kiddo, dont sneak behind anybodys back anymore. it could possibly lead to BIG consequences and a very strong lack of trust. become trustworthy and maybe they'll change their minds.

I would always ask permission before i did anything .My older children have a face book account after they asked me .You dont want your parents not to trust you .
