it is not that easy! i see some facebooks do not have the poke so there gotta be way!

there is no way to do that

if you dont want someone to poke you, then dont poke them back

The poke feature is standard on Facebook, there is no way to remove it.
However, you could try asking in your status not to be poked, but that would probably only incite people to do so.
