If you have a private instagram can you tag people who dont follow you?

I have a private instagram. I want to post a picture but a couple people I want to tag don't follow me and I don't follow them. Will they see the picture?

What your Asking is Not Possible To Do You cant Tag Them If Your Not Following Them and There Not Following you

They won't be able to see the picture because it is private. Basically, they'll get a notification saying they were tagged, but they won't be able to see what the picture actually is. But you can tag them if you wish so other people can see them.

But anyone who isn't following you can't see your pictures at all, since you're private. This is whether you tag them or not.
