Why won't Facebook let me log in after I changed my password?

Facebook sent me an email saying that my account was recently logged into from another computer, mobile device, or other location I've never used before. My account was locked until I went to the account recovery site to fix it. I did everything the email said, but now I cannot log into Facebook. I know my email and new password are correct, but every time I try to log in, it just reloads the welcome page and prompts me to enter my password again. I have tried deleting my cache and cookies on both browsers that I use frequently, but it does the same in both browsers.

Sounds like someone just hacked your profile and changed the password so you wouldn't be able to access it again. It's happened to me before.
