Suspicious Facebook activity on my account?

I maybe a bit paranoid, but today I logged onto my FB and saw that someone was added to my little "frequent messaged" friends on the chat bar on the right. I remember last time i messaged this person was months ago..so I was wondering how that persons name got there. I hovered my mouse over it and saw that it said "last message 20 hours ago" and it freaked me out because I messaged the person 2 months ago.

i checked the facebook messages and messages history and it was clear that the last message was sent 2 months ago. Also checked my recent activity and it seems to be clear that there were not messages sent. I checked my Log in's and it said that there have only been 2 secure log in's (my laptop and my phone) which is correct.


ANOTHER THING,

earlier this year, someone sent a message from my Facebook account to one of my friends saying some things that i had to apologize for. I did not find out who this person was. I did not send this message. I checked the log-on history and everything was secure at the time. Its still a mystery to me how that message was sent unless I was drunk or did it in my sleep.

Both of these instances have creeped me out.

Any suggestions?

I have everything on high security on my account
changed my password many times and this 1st case still happened

Someone got your password and uses either your computer or your phone to log in youq account. I suggest you change your password.
