My boyfriends Facebook?

I have noticed for awhile that on my boyfriends Facebook that it doesn't say he is in a relationship and I have asked him if he could put that we are in a relationship because he kida gets on alot. He told me what does it matter we are together and it just really upsets me. It's like he don't want people to know he is in a relationship. We have been together for five years so it's a big deal to me. Please help :-)

I don't know him personally so I can't give you a detailed answer but the situation would set off a red light for me. Why wouldn't you want to let people know that you're in a relationship? Before you jump to conclusions I would ask him. I know that'll be hard but ask why. Maybe he's a little shy when it comes to letting other people know about your relationship or maybe he's worried that his friends will give him a hard time. ('ya' know like teasing him and stuff)
Unless you ask him directly I'm not sure how you'll find the answer to your question.
