If They Did not Change the Email Address Go to Forgot Password Than Put your Email Address in and a Password Reset Link will Be Sent to your Email And You Can Recover your Account and Once you Change your Password it Should Shut Down the Hacker

If They Did Change the Email Address than your Out Of Luck
