if someone tweets you can your followers see it?

say i tweet a person eg - @blahblahblah hi =); can the people who are following @blahblahblah see that tweet or only the person who the tweet was sent to. hope this makes sense =S

Nope, not unless their followers are also following you or if said person retweeted/favourited the tweet. Hope this helps

They would be able to see the whole conversation by clicking on the other persons response. By direct messaging @blahblahblah then this would stay private.
