If you really want to know, call the police and they can track down the person, its that simple

1. Find out who invited you or your friends to like the page, he must be the Admin or Moderator.
2. (this will not work) Message the page asking who's the owner.
3. Find the e-mail of page in Information and see their Google Profile (in case of Gmail), Yahoo Profile, Microsoft Profile, etc.
