yes, they are called criminals or illegal phishers/hackers. I really don't know how, I think they use some kind of Software. A really good way they find information is from online chat, so beware if you are chatting with someone? do not ever give out your name or where you live, your birthday. keep everything private, and get rid of your facebook or have a really weird name that only your closest friends know about. stay off babel chat. com and any sort of arab chat site. they will trace who you are and they lie about where they live and what they do : /
