"Object cannot be liked" Facebook?

I cannot like or comment on this public figure, when I try to unlike a post I did yesterday this pops up "Unable to like this object because it is not accessible (it may have been removed or you may no longer have permission to see it)." This just happened today, my friend is in charge of the page and says I'm not blocked from the page or anything.
It has been resolved indeed I was blocked and he simply had to unblock me.
