Video not uploading on facebook?

So I've been trying to upload a video from my iPad onto Facebook. The first time I tried the video was about 2 mins long and the upload bar kept getting stuck or going back to the beginning. So I trimmed the video to about 30 seconds and the upload bar gets to the end and then says upload failed or goes back to the beginning. The Internet is defineately on but it just won't work. I've uploaded videos longer than it before so I dunno what's up with it. Is ther anything I could try? Thanks.

Check the File Format Make Sure it Meets Facebook's Requirements If your Video Meets Facebook's Video Requirements Than Try Uploading the Video to the Computer And Than Try Uploading it From There
