Facebook: "This person won't be able to send you any more friend requests"?

I got a few friend requests that from people I didn't want to add, so I denied them (not now) and then deleted the request. When I did the second, I got the "this person won't be able to send you any more friend requests" message. Is there a way to undo this once the request is gone?
How do I go around it so that one of these people can request me again without it being me requesting her lol
And no, I didn't block anyone, so they don't show up in the "blocked" section. If I go to her page I have the option of adding her as a friend

go to their profile and look around for a "allow this person to send me friend requests" button.
If you don't want them blocked and need their friendship, why don't you just send them a friend request?

Other way you just send him friend request .
