GUYS: Did I make it awkward? 10'Pts!?

So... this guys been texting me everyday for a month. *He texts meee* ive not texted him first in like, forever. haha, but hes super sweet, and i like him.... and I think maybeee he likes me also... but im not sure. Anyway, so on twitter the "#Mention10TwitterCrushes" was trending so then this morning all my friends were tweeting their crushes because of the sadie hawkins dance coming up at school. Im not the person who would do that sortta thing sooo I tweeted "Mention10TwitterCrushes ... Im not the type of person who would tell the world this...." a few min ago I got a text from him saying

"why didn't you do the 10 twitter crushes thing??"
So heres the convo-
Me: ... Idk... i guess in not really the type of girl would just put that out there for the wold to know... why?
Him: Ohhhh i gotcha.... and I was just wondering..."
Me: Okkk haha....
Him: what?
me: idk..
Him: ??
me: ??
Him:???
Me???
Him: What?
Me: so... whatcha up to?


Then it got back to normal.... What was i supposed to do??? and was that the real reason he asked me that... or, just explane this to me... Im sortta confused by it all....

If you really do like this boy and don't want him to leave you for another girl, you need to speak up. I can understand what he'll think of you, but if you don't give him an idea of your feelings for him, you'll just be in the shadows. Remember, 10 seconds of bravery will sometimes win his heart. I think the bit where he says 'Ohhhh, I gotcha' = I understands about not putting it out there for the whole world to know. Then he adds "I was just wondering" to try to play it cool like 'I'm not that desperate to be on your twitter crush list."

In that context, the bit where you reply "Ok haha" might have sounded to him like "Haha as if I would put you on the list." That's why he texts "what?" meaning "Am I so far away from being your twitter crush?"

Anyway, that's my interpretation of it from a guys point of view. :-)
