Tried to log in to my Facebook account asked me to change password now i cant get into my account how do i fix?

Someone obviously knows your pass and most likely its someone you know, best thing to do is to do the whole recover password process change your password again then go to your email that is connected to your Facebook and change the password there too, and if it keeps happening you might have to delete your email and FB and create new ones, and run some virus scans on your comp just to be sure you don't have any key logs in case its not someone you know.

Maybe someone was trying to log in to your account. You can still change it by clicking the "forgot password" then you will receive an email to your enrolled email add. Just follow the instruction then.
