IPhone Facebook post audience setting help?

I have to Facebook accounts. So ok I heard that on the Facebook iPhone app we change chsnge our post audience setting to custom. So I try on safari we can't on their too. So on safari I log into my other account and we can change the audience setting to custom on their but not on my other one.

This might be confusing so read if again thanks ^
