Unable to delete facebook comment?
On my wall, I made a comment that others commented on. The final comment someone made is an ugly one and I want to delete it. When I click the X to remove it, the whole screen scrolls or jumps and the comment is still there. It has been that way for a few days. I have signed out and back in, I have veiwed it from another account and it is visible. I am wondering if it is possible that the user turned my post in as offensive or something, I have never run across this and have successfully deleted another comment on the same thread. His is the only one that will not delete. Anyone have any ideas why?

The question is really hard to answer with certainty, especially without seeing the comment. Even if he had reported your post logic suggests you should still be able to interact with his comment. But when someone reports a post Facebook will ask them to first block you on Facebook so that they don't need to see offensive posts from you. If you had been blocked by this person you wouldn't be able to see their posts and you might not be able to interact with it for that reason. I am not sure what would happen with comments the person has already posted to your own wall.

You might try to find the person's profile to see if you have been blocked (then you would be unable to see their profile). However that doesn't really solve your problem and this is all just speculation.

I suggest you just delete your original post along with the comments, block the person who caused the problem and move on.
Another option is to bugreport it to Facebook and hide your original post and all the comments from your timeline using the Activity log, or set the visibility to "Only Me", while you wait to see if there is an investigation - if you think it is a bug Facebook should look into. There are no guarantees they will investigate.
