My tumblr logged me out and I can't log back in?

So I never log out of tumblr and all of a sudden I'm at the log in page and then I typed in my email address and password and it said it was wrong. I know it's right though and then I had to do it again. I even typed in all the possible emails that I had and the password but NONE of them worked. Something strange in going on. Please help?
