How does facebook determine the order of your friends?
There is a side panel with your friends on your profile. How does facebook determine their order?
Some people are obviously based on interaction, but a few are people that I've had not too much interaction with, but I creep on occasion. Do creeps count? Is it mutual, or just my creeps? Ads |

Facebook lists it by how much you actually like the person, they do this by sending an agent to stalk every person who signs up. So you should probably delete some of the people that are at the bottom, because they aren't your REAL friends

facebook doesnt publish the exact things that count, but think of it like this
facebook lists those people based on their expectations of you wanting to interact with them in the future |

So Facebook uses this thing called an algorithm. It's basically like a virtual organizer or a secretary if you will. It monitors the friends whose pages you visit the most and the ones you talk to and then translates the information into the list you were referring to. So yes, creeps count
