of a suddenly i get logged out of my account and it says i need to reset my password. i follow the steps and it makes me identify myself. i do everything but once i am at the last part after i confirm that they have the correct account phone number the page freezes. i tried reseting it on my phone and computer. help!

try using a different browser... and keep in mind it's against the rules to give someone else your password, and if you do it anyways (like you did) that makes facebook think that your account is hacked

Follow that -
scroll down the page
select 'settings and privacy'
Go to 'general'
Select 'password' title
Type old password
Then type new password (whatever U want to make)
Re-enter new password
Then ur password will be changed
Now ur friend will not be able to access ur account

You can reset your facebook password from email or phone.

1. Click the icon "settings" at the top right of any Facebook page and select Account Settings
2. Click on the Password section
3. Enter your current password and a new password and save your changes
