They will Re Block you Again for Another 30 Days and If you Keep On Doing it Sooner or later your Account Will Get Suspended

It will be not deleted it will be temporary blocked for more month etc.. so as per my advice you should stop those activities which violate the Facebook guidelines.

No need to worry! but don't try to work like spam. and no need to do fake friends requests. If you do again and again then your account will disable by face book.
