Why does Facebook says that my email is not valid?

I joined Facebook today and I can't message anyone because facebook keeps giving me a message saying one or more of my e-mails isn't valid. But I checked and my email IS valid. I even changed my e-mail, and sent a validation message to my e-mail, then clicked the link to validate it, but it still says my e-mail isn't valid and I can't message anyone or use chat. How can I solve this?

You should get a new validation message from Facebook by filling your email again and try to open it in a fresh window else if problem persist then contact fb support.
