All you can do is report them to FB...Legally not sure...someone could be using a friends account or Block them!!!

Is this a case of cyber-bullying of your 10 year old, or is it a case of them saying you're a bad mother? I guess I don't understand how they are slandering you by posting something about your child.
If it's cyber-bullying, you need to talk to your child and tell her not to take these things to heart. Then you need to contact her school and make them aware of what is going on. In order to really give you a good answer, more information is needed. But, for now, I'll reference an article on cyber-bullying so you get some ideas on how to handle it. |
