Facebook Role Playing?

So.... I've gotten bored and have decided to get into role playing on FB. My friend has done role playing before, but she doesn't anymore. Can someone tell me exactly what it is? Also, can someone give me some helpful tips or how to make it in the role playing world? Anothe question I have is is facebook a good social media to do rp on, or is there a better site?

hmm ive never heard of it. Are you sure its not a group on facebook that plans times to meet up and do stuff like humans vs zombies?
