Hello!
Go to the Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories > Snipping Tool > Select the comment > File > Save As > Save it as a PNG, JPG, or JPEG.

Follow ?'s advice if you are using windows,
for mac press command-shift-4 and select what you want to capture
