I can't access to my facebook account,what should I do?

I have blocked for sending friend requests for 30 days ,
So when they said to me that give us feedback why did you send friend requests to many people,
I submit the reason but after this,
the page comes again and start to asking me feedback ..
I have changed my browser and doing everything but I can't access to my account because page does not go next ..

Plz Plz help me I am so worry !

Just go to "Home" or to your profile. You don't need to give any feedback. And 30 days from now you will be able to send friend requests but people can still send you friend requests!
