Why do people use unreadable symbols in their tweets that show up as boxes?
This unreadable symbols usually appears also on Facebook and sometimes on Youtube

Those are actually Emoji, which is an iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch thing. The format that those characters can't be read by the software used to display the data, and puts boxes as filler. Just incompatible languages, really. Smile

those are sharing because they have fonts installed in their Devices so they are able to share thenm if u want to see those boxes just install the font if they Emoji than get it here http://fsymbols.org/css/android-emoji.ttf
