Think i made a mistake in Facebook chat, help?

I pressed alt+j in facebook and pressed enter, and it seemed to delete the conversation. If i click on my friends name in the chat box on the right I can see previous messages in the conversation, but i no longer get notified when my friend messages me. He is having the same issue as when i told him about this he went and pressed the same thing. Tried googling the problem but it just comes up with Alt-J fan pages. any help would be much appreciated, how do I undo the damage I've caused?

Alt-J marked your chat/message as spam.

You need to go to your inbox/message window/conversation page. Once you're in that page, on the left side near the top of the page you'll see a link for "Inbox," one for "Other," and a drop down menu labeled "More."

Click on "More" and select your "Spam folder."

Select the conversation with your friend.

Across the top of the page, now in the middle, select the "Actions" drop-down menu.

Scroll down to "Not Spam."

Problem solved :-)
