What have you heard so far about the oil spill? When did you hear about it? How did you hear about it (social media, television, newspaper, word of mouth etc)?

I first heard of it on my computer news, yahoo page. Since then, I have heard about if from every media possible. Statistics vary as to amount of oil hemorrhaging. Much of the media wants to blame, which, in this situation, may be appropos. I have heard it will last from a few months to a possible 7 years. They can not nuke it due to risk of more leaks in surrounding wells. Workers are now getting sick. Lawyers are being contacted. Wildlife is being decimated. BP keeps trying band-aid therapy.
There is a lesson to be learned here.
