I NEED FACEBOOK HELP!?

so my friend changed my url on facebook. she changed it too "my farts smell great" as a joke. that was the second time i have changed it. so now it wont let me change it again. i am literally going to kill her. how do i change it back? i cant go into settings and change it because it wont let me. do i send a message to facebook. i really have no clue, im not good with this stuff. please someone help i will give you like 10 points if you help me out on this :)OR WHAT IS FACEBOOK EMAIL SO I CAN EMAIL THEM?

Uh... go to account settings, click on username and change whatever is written there. Hope this helps =).

Your Facebook Email is yourusername@facebook.com So, myfartssmellgreat@facebook.com is ur Facebook email
How to change Your Username :
1.Go to Settings ,Account settings,General you Will See A Bar, Username And then Edit and Change it to whatever u want to!
