How do I make facebook covers/edits?

1. Is it an app and is it free
2.. How do I get the text
3. How do I make the Backround
4. Is it available on mobile/desktop
And all of the stuff HAS to be free no matter what!

Yes there are apps to make your own facebook cover and to change or set your cover you go to your profile and click(tap if u have a phone cx) The space nehind your profile picture where the cover photo goes then it'll sat "change cover photo" if ur on a phone but if your on a laptop it'll say select one if u dont have one, it'll say edit if u already have one , and it'll say change cover . Choose change cover and it'll take you to ur gallery
