Does this delete the message?
I sent a message to a friend on Facebook then before she saw it I deleted it....does it make it so she doesn't get it or does it just delete it off of the screen?

it only deletes your copy of the message

there is no way to prevent someone from seeing a message you sent them once you send it

not even deleting your account or blocking the person
