Help finding out if someone is a fake?

my friend has been talking to this girl for a while and this girl has been 'bullying' her. we always thought she might be fake, but we just recently found another account with the same name a few of the same detail and looks alike. we think it might be the friend but we dont want to jump to conclusions so we want to know how we can find out if shes fake or not.

or maybe they are both fake, pretending to be the same person

or maybe they are both real, and the same person

If their pics are all model pics or if you see the people several times its more then likely fake
