If you aren't a member of a group on facebook..?
Can the admins or anyone else know that you are looking through the group? Like reading comments or photos?

Nope. Only if you comment on them. Even if you 'liked' the page, they still wouldn't be able to tell when you are browsing it.

You can waste many hours of useful time on Facebook which is of little real use to most of us. Once you realise this you will dump Facebook out of your life as I have already done.
