Your didn't mention what is subway surf . I think its a game and you mention wrong name. its Subway Surfers .. but i think this game is not available in Facebook plate-from right now.

1. Open Subway Surf
2. Click on 'Friends'
3. If it says 'no friends, connect to Game Centre or Facebook'.
4. Click Facebook
5. Sign in to Facebook.

It should work. If it works once, and then the next time you play, it says no friends, you may need to sign on every time.

And another thing... Have you got WiFi? You will need WiFi to connect.

And another one: You need to go into Settings---->Facebook--->Turn off the subway surfers and then turn it on in the IPhone settings.
