Go to a shoutout page that has a lot of followers and is following them back.
Follow all of their followers and they'll follow you back Or Go find a fake account A fake account usually is following a lot of people (like 5000 people) and only 200 are following back. Go follow the people that are following back , they'll follow you back too Yep. That's it. Ads |

Post good photos and use popular tags like #instagood,#instadaily,#instapic,#love,#beautiful, etc. Post them at suitable times like late in the afternoons, 8pm. If you get lots of likes, then chances are people will follow you. Also, being active helps a great deal too. Like a ton of photos whenever you can, and these people might follow you. Comment on those pics if you want to. That's pretty much it, if you don't want to do any of those scams and shoutout things. It takes time though, so be patient
