how do I stop getting email from facebook?

Either go to facebook account settings and change your email or go to facebook settings and decide when you want to get a email. If you dont want to do neither then just mark your emails as junkmail and you will stop getting them.

Go to http://www.facebook.com and then login
After that just go to settings and then you will find a option "email" or notification...(depends o your browser of mobile or pc)
then just click there then you will get option to enable or disable your email notification
