Keep in Mind Instagram Video Feature is New So there May be Bugs Errors and Glitch's That May Need to be Worked Out Make Sure you have the Latest Instagram Version Available Also you Can Only Record Videos For a Few Seconds

The Video Feature Does Not Work With All Androids and Iphones it only Works on Certain Ones

These are the Devices that Are Supported

iPhone People using a 3GS device or newer running iOS 5.0 or later

Android People running Android 4.1 or later

Click on the Camera Button than Click on the Red Camera Button Than Start Recording

If Its Not Working And if your Using A Compatible Device than it May Be Error Which Instagram Will Need to Fix
