can people answer me please i have anxiety so no joke answers?
I accidently sent my friend a question on facebook i posted on yahoo answers it was a really stupid question?
i was copying a question on my yahoo answers and didn't realise i sent it him it was quite stupid and a pregnancy question i posted on a different account told him that it was a email at first and then i told him that it was yahoo answers question that someone put up and i said the person who put it up was a troll is it ok i said this to him he believed it and he just laughed i have anxiety and fell guilty for stupid things and because i have anxiety i keep picturing stupid scenarios where he tells people and where i get in trouble even though there is no way possible because he is a best friend of mine and people don't get in trouble for this kind of thing just answer me and say whether it was ok for me to say to him it was a troll that someone put on yahoo answers when it really wasn't Ads |

Get in trouble for telling the truth? Heavens, no. You said a troll put it up, and you sent it to him. That's true-though you weren't being mean when you posed the question, just trying to be funny. And it was funny. Your friend laughed, didn't he? Don't worry about it.

if it was a post on his wall you can just remove it so if i was you i wouldnt worry at all, you only have anxiety because people told you did and believed it and now you tell yourself you have it... first stop believing have anxiety, you are a beautiful confident beign and a child of god like all of us we all make great things happen and aswell as mistakes. so chill, think of something else when the image of the scnarios pop into your head break the imgs in your head by doing weird things with em.. they way i quite smoking is everytime i imagined my favorite smoking scanario, smoking and having a delicious cup of coffee i would start making the image do crazy things in my head like i had a carrot instead of a cigerrett inmy mouth i had bunny ears there was wierd music playing there was a money jumping a round and a unicorn and the colors where all switched up and then i made the image really small in my head and started thinking what i want to accomplish next and the image is gone and the temptation is gone and anxiety is gone sooooo to sum things up. 1. Breath deep 3 times 2. fuck everything the worst thing that happens is you get laughed at and it everything cools over a day or week 3.you are not a person with anxiety but someone who use to experience anxiety occasionally! but you improve everyday! you can do anytihng you want. dont worry about a silly messege ouu another awesome tip ask yourself is this gonna matter in a week is it gonna matter in a month in 6 months a year when looking at your problems in this perspective it helps show you what counts and what doesnt go give someone a hug and smile and go do your hw or work if you got it |
