I have a new iphone 5 and lost all my contacts they really were just my facebook friends that i had downloaded through this app to get their numbers and other contacts info how can i get it back PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

You need to link your phone to your Facebook and Gmail account and "sync" them with your phone

If you have the Facebook app downloaded, go into settings and tap the Facebook icon. Switch all the switches to 'on' from 'off', then click the Update all contacts button near the bottom. Wait for it to download and done.
