On Facebook when i turn my chat off how do people still know Im online? Read Below for more information?
ok now when I turn the chat off on facebook people still know i be online because they start sending INBOX messages instantly & back to back (as soon as i log on). This pattern has been going on for a while. when i log on i have no messages but people instantly start inboxing as if i'm appearing online. how do they know im online when my IM is ALWAYS turned off?

May be because of your activity for example your facebook likes or your comments on facebook posts
