Question about fb? help?

Me and my partner decided to delete all of the opposite sex from our fb so he has no girls I have no boys but when I go on his fb new feed there is status written from girls yet when I go on their page it says add as friend, has he done something sneaky?? Why is this and how to get rid of them

Nothing sneaky, when his facebook friends like peoples statuses & photos etc. It sometimes appears on your newsfeed even if you haven't got the person as a friend, the girls on his newsfeed have made their statuses and photos global so everyone can see them like them share them and comment them.
