Why most Indian Mom's don't use facebook ?

Is it the lack of basic computer knowledge, finances or lack of gender empowerment ? Or the same trend is seen in other parts of the world ?

There are a lot of people that don't use Facebook not only Indian women but men as well
Because they actually have a life outside the web.

Its not true because many persons don't use facebook even some college students and school students. Most of the students are addicted to facebook but it doesn't means that All are using facebook except Indian womens
