I have no clue what those numbers mean i tried asking him and he said they were his thoughts, i dont get it what kind of coding is this and some people commented back i know what you mean and stuff like that so anyone knows??

Looks like random numbers, people like to be different and type something random and people will respond with stuff like you said. I'm 100% sure it means nothing. And FYI, that it not an IP address like the other said.
