The game STAR FEVER AGENCY?
Hi, well there use to be this game called star fever agency. Heres what it's about..

Experience the glam and drama of SFA! Look after wannabe actors, compete for movie roles and pick out the hottest fashion. Can you turn them into red carpet A-listers?
tar Fever Agency is a social, online simulation (sim) game; a dress up game for girls (which cool guys play too!) that allows a player to experience the Hollywood fame game as a talent agent. Take a struggling star and manage their health, ego, talent, style and celebrity media status through the good times and the bad to achieve A-list movie star-dom. Audition for films, check your Star popularity in gossip magazines & dress up in the latest fashion game designs, showing off your style in dress up game

And, now for some reason they shut it down.. idk why even though the game was reaaly popular.

Just got a few questions,:

when is it going to re-open again?
what other games are similar to it? (read the description)
Like where you play a celebrity or take care of one?

Thanks.

Try looking for 'Star Project' it's sort of similar but you manage cute celebrity guys and get to date them too

As for why it shut down the usual reason is that if everyone was PLAYING but nobody was PAYING then the company has no choice. they can't run the game if they're losing money on it. just being popular isn't enough.
